Information you provide to us

  • Booking Details: pickup and drop-off locations, date/time, route preferences, passenger count, special instructions.
  • Payment Information: payment card details are processed by our payment processor(s); we receive limited payment-related information such as transaction IDs and status (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, chat, SMS, phone, or forms; customer support recordings or transcripts (if applicable).
  • Comments & Reviews: information you submit in public reviews or comment forms on the Site.

When visitors leave comments on the Site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the Site, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the Site can download and extract any location data from images posted on the Site.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our Site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one (1) year.

Booking, dispatch, and payments

We share necessary trip and contact details with assigned chauffeurs and dispatch personnel solely to fulfill your booking. Payments are processed by third‑party processors and your payment card details are handled in accordance with their policies and PCI‑DSS requirements. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Who we share your data with

  • Service providers/Processors: hosting, cloud storage, analytics, customer support, communications (email/SMS), identity verification, and payment processing vendors working on our behalf under contract.
  • Chauffeurs/Dispatch: limited access to trip details and contact information needed to perform the ride.
  • Legal and safety: law enforcement, regulators, or other parties if we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality safeguards.
  • Public content: if you post comments or reviews, that content may be visible to others.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.


How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow‑up comments automatically.

For users that register on our Site (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Operational records: Booking, dispatch, and payment records are kept for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations (e.g., tax/audit), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction.
